Cooking is my love language. I grew up in an Italian family where food was shared as a daily ritual and a true gift, and I bring that same care and generosity to every menu I create.
I blend tradition with professional training
I started learning to cook when I was little from my grandmother, my mom, and my aunts, and later I chose to sharpen those roots by enrolling in culinary school as an adult. That mix of family tradition and formal technique shapes the way I cook today.
I believe the “secret” is simple
My kitchen secret is salt—honestly, a little salt and a lot of love can go a long way. I keep flavors bold but balanced, and I’m always chasing that perfect, comforting bite.
